Ian Usher, who moved to Australia six years ago, is selling his house, car, job and even an introduction to his friends on eBay. By 1530 GMT on Monday bids had reached almost US $285,000.

Usher is saying goodbye to his three-bedroom home in the western Australian city of Perth and all its contents, including his car, motorbike, jet ski and parachuting equipment.

The auction closes at 2 p.m. Australian time on Saturday (0600 GMT) after which he said he would leave the country. “My current thoughts are to then head to the airport and ask at the flight desk where the next flight with an available seat goes to, and to get on that and see where life takes me from there,” he said.

The 44-year-old, who originally came from Darlington, in northern England, will even include an introduction to his friends and a trial run at his job. “On the day it’s all sold and settled, I intend to walk out of my front door with my wallet in one pocket and my passport in the other, nothing else at all,” he said on his Web site, ALife4Sale.com.

Usher said he wanted a fresh start because his current life reminds him of his former marriage.

The couple parted a year ago but details of the breakup are only available to those who pay a fee on Usher’s Web site.

He said: “Everything that I have — the furniture in the house — all has memories attached to it. It’s time to shed the old, and in with the new.”

Usher’s employer at the rug store in Perth where he worked as a shop assistant, said she backed the auction. Her company vowed to offer the successful bidder a two-week trial run that could result in a permanent job.

She said: “When Ian came up with this idea, because we had seen him go through a break-up of marriage and pain and bits and pieces, I thought it was really exciting.

“We thought, why not give it a go?”

Usher said his friends in the city were prepared to be introduced to the highest bidder so he could advertise his auction as offering a complete lifestyle.

Its been a long time since ive written in this, because way too much has been going on.

The last week of work has been a daze.  The kind of days where I find myself in the office until 1900 and im totally unphased because Ive been working on so much crap.  Everytime I seem to get a break it seems someone else is dropping work on my desk, and the projects vary in sizes from huge to small.  Its beautiful though because I find myself able to do everything I get.

I got my first evaluation report too and did really well, so Im pumped that my hard work is paying off.

Spent some weekends in Daegu and Pusan, and had a incredibly great time.  It seems that Ive discovered the joys of clubbing again and the real meaning of being single and having fun.  Its take 9 months but I think im finally completely over my ex, as I find myself unable to remember most of the things that used to really make me miss her.  I guess this is a good thing, because she turned out to be a really cruel and evil person.  Unfortunately

This whole diet and p90x thing has been going AMAZINGLY!  Im starting to get that sexy V shape back that i was getting at the end of BOLC II, and my arms are sexifying.  I do a jump program in the mornings (leg strength training) and have been noticing increased strength and dexterity in my legs.  Ive been doing p90X at night and have noticed some actual growth and toning since I started.  I still have a few months left in the program, and will post before and after pix of my disgusting fatbody once I have my much desired six.

My two is starting to poke out again so im happy.  SUmmer is starting and I have a few months of beach action available, so I need to keep working at it before I get that nasty nasty build ive been kicking my ass for.

On a final note,  Only 5 months until first lieutenant  ^^.  And only 3 months til my replacement gets here and I maybe get to get a new position!  Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet

I’m happy for the first time since Sep 1.  I think.

For years Ive been deciding I want to get in nasty good shape. Ive run two marathons, I work out frequently, etc etc. But for some reason I never quite attain that addonis, or gerardbutler look that IM hoping for. I think it has to do with the insane amount of unhealthy food and liquor that I consume. Anyways….

Ive decided to once and for all do something about it. Ive been borderline good shape for years now, and im going to finally give myself the little push.

When Im sitting here, thinking about TODAY, 90 days into the future seems really really distant. In reality, it isnt that bad. Ive already been in Korea for 2 months, that time flew by. If I started a healthy workout/exercise plan I would already be where I want to be. SO I guess what im saying is now I will start it, and see what happens. Gerard Butler, eat your fucking heart out.

And the good news is, I got a trip to Busan coming up in two months, so Im going to get my beach on.

Note: Ladies, please dont get too excited.

Intent: Monday-Fri I will run, do the jump program, and do P90X. I will also swim a lot. When my body feels like it needs rest, it will get rest. On the weekend I will make a sincere effort to drink less, and eat less shit. During the week, I will eat well.

- Being a white dude in Korea is fun because you;re different. With my buddy Brandon, he is 6 foot 5 and black, so he steals it. which is fair.

- Some random group of korean girls who grabbed me at hte club and threw me into the middle of their circle and danced with me and were very loud and I was confused, but then had a GREAT time!

- Club G2 in General was awesome.

- Brandon puking was funny, but I didnt let him know at the time.

- Getting phone numbers of girls, even though I have no intention of dating them.

now that thats over with i want to talk about something which has pissed me off….

I dated a girl for about a year, it got pretty serious, and then she went psycho on me and that was the end of that. I dealed with the relationship pretty shittily, even though in my defense so did she because she was extremely wishy washy, deceitful, and just generally shitty. Anyways…
I havent spoken person to person with this girl in many months. Yes, I admit there were several drunk dials and texts etc (bad jack daniels, bad mike!) but basically since i left Korea i havent one a single thing, and even before that hadnt talked to her since Dec.
This week was the anniversary of her mom’s passing away, and rather than send her flowers I felt it would be appropriate to just write a nice letter and send it off to her(which i did on facebook). I just expressed my condolences and wished her well, as well as told her about the bone marrow because I thought it would make her feel better. This is the whole me trying to do something nice for someone I love because they used to be really important in my life, even though now I dont even know them.
What happened after i sent it? The bitch BLOCKED me. What the F? SHe fucking blocked me. I cant even see her profile to begin with, and she blocked me. Thats fucking cold blooded.
I was feeling pretty heated, but then realized that hey, maybe I was wrong and maybe I did something or wrote someting that as inappropriate. So what I did was I asked two of my best friends, Jenna and Jeff, what was up. I let them both read the letters and suprisingly they had conflicting viewpoints.

Jenna (Who loved my ex, and always talked about how pretty and sweet she was) read the letter and was suprised at what hapened. She said she cried just reading it, and that my ex was a psycho bitch, and a really bad person, and mean. She was really suprised at what happened.
Jeff ( Who dislikes my ex, and practically told me every week we dated that I should dump her) criticized me. He said it was fucked up of me to try and get back in her life ( even though it was just a letter, and im about 50000000 miles away) and that I was wrong no matter what.

This is very interesting, becuase the one who likes her thinks shes worthless, and the one who hates her is defending her. How intriguing. Nevertheless I learned something. Sometimes it is just better to let things go. Its possible that wonderful people can ruin themselves, and its possible that a person who was once incredibly amazing can become a total piece of trash. Just because I once wanted to marry a girl doesnt mean she cant be a soulless bitch, it just so happened i didnt see that side of her until after she decided to go succubus on me.

Oh well, life moves on. Im just suprised how cruel people can be at times ( not to say I’m not).

The downside of all this is that I got really bummed out. It was because I was hurt that I tried to do something nice for someoen and it blew up in my face. It sucks to know someone has so much hate for you, when you really arent a bad person, yet likes so many people that are blatant douchebags. As a result of my bummedness, I cancelled my date with a really cute bartender I met in Daegu. I guess overall its okay because girls from bars can be poison.

wtf? Mr. Big should die. He is completely overrated, hes ugly as shit, and I just hate him in general. Plus, Aidan was a MUCH better dude. I loved Aidan I cant express that enough. And I think that the scene where him and Mr. Big get in a fight (if i remember correctly) was probably my favorite scene ever. Isnt Mr. Big married too? DOesnt this teach us bad values? Carrie should not go for a guy like Mr. Big. SHe should go for a guy like me… but she would need to be about 50 years younger.

There used to be a time I would take Miranda in a heartbeat. And I dont remember much else. I havent watched the show since my mom cancelled HBO about 9 years ago, or something ridiculous like that.
